Please fill in the contact form at https://www.recaro-childsafety.uk/service/contact.html or send an email to recaro@avova-childcare.com
My product is broken, but out of warranty. What are my options about reparing the product?
The warranty in Europe covers the product for 2 years from the purchase date except for products for which the commercial guarantee has been extended. If the product is not covered by warranty, unfortunately we can't proceed with the replacement of the product.
We are currently working to introduce an international technical repairing service as soon as possible.
Where can I find the manufacturing date on my product?
All RECARO products which were produced since October 2019 have a traceability sticker where the manufacturing date is indicated. All produced products before October 2019 have a bar code with the serial number on it. In this case, contact our CRM team at recaro@avova-childcare.com if you need to know the manufacturing date.
I lost my manual, where can I find it online?
Please find all our manuals for the current and previous collections here:
https://www.recaro-childsafety.uk/service/manuals-videos.html
If it's not on the list, please contact our CRM team by filling out the contact form at https://www.recaro-childsafety.uk/service/contact.html or send an email to recaro@avova-childcare.com.
Can I use second hand products?
We strongly advise against the use of used child seats, since its past is usually unclear and damage may have occurred that is not visible to the naked eye.
